Chapel by the Sea, Upper Township – The project is to build a new church, including a Sanctuary, 10 to 15 classrooms, and a large entry foyer and gathering space with cafe and kitchen facilities. This building is estimated to be approximately 21,000 sq. ft. An outdoor worship area is envisioned with porches, a pavilion and playing fields. A new service garage will also be designed.
