Cape May Winery and Vineyard Lower Township, New Jersey
Winner of the 2005 Award for Overall Excellence in New Construction, presented by the Lower Township Chamber of Commerce.

Fenwick Architects designed a new 6,000 sq ft building for an existing winery. The structure includes winemaking facilities and rooms for wine tasting and retail sales.

Crest Savings Bank Wildwood, New Jersey
Awarded a design honorable mention by Independent Banker magazine, July, 2005

Independent Banker asked for submissions from across the country that exemplified how architecture design could play an integral role in customer service. Crest Savings Bank was recognized for outstanding design.

Winner of the 2001 Historic Preservation Award from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Historic Preservation Office

The overall goal was to preserve the exterior and rehabilitate the interior for modern banking uses, while preserving as much historic fabric as possible. Winner of 1996 Cape May County Chamber of Commerce Beautification Award

This award for the Victorian-style Sturdy Savings Bank was presented in the “new construction—business” category.

Columbia Gardens Cape May, New Jersey
Winner of the 1991 Finish First Award from Wolverine Technologies

This grand prize award was for the most innovative use of Wolverine’s exterior design system at the Columbia Gardens condominiums. Fenwick Architects designed the new condominiums in Cape May which had a Victorian style but used low-maintenance modern materials.
